Gutsy Girl & Co

Ideal for a spot of breakfast or brunch, this eatery offers high quality no gimmicks, no fuss gutsy food.

Gutsy Girl and Co began life as a Sunday Supper Club, popping up monthly at a local pub before making the leap to Studio 109 on Marton Road.

A recent addition to Middlesbrough’s cafe offering, the eatery first opened their doors during the mist of the pandemic and has gone from strength to strength since.

Headed up by Amy Jowers, Gutsy Girl & Co offers a menu which is influenced by traditional family recipes, where you can expect a waft of homemade cakes and pastries when you step through the door.

Their menu is full of locally sourced produce, where you can expect your vegetables to come direct from an allotment at Saltersgill.
