Booking includes an arrival drink, courtesy of Base Camp. The bar will be open throughout the evening where you can purchase more refreshments.
These workshops will include lots of art disciplines ranging from sterling silver jewellery, polymer clay jewellery, ceramics, print making, tie dye & all things handmade.
In this session you will learn traditional lino cutting techniques using a sheet of thick lino to cut away a design. Either draw your own or use one of our templates to trace your design onto the lino.
Using lino cutting tools you will carve away creating the perfect piece to print onto your tote bag. Once beautifully carved, you will use rollers & printing ink to coat your lino sheet & print onto your tote bag, which you can take away with you the same night.
This workshop will be a relaxed session where you can meet new people, chat, have a cuppa & take time to intricately carve your lino.
You don’t need to bring anything, all materials & tools are included in this workshop.
No previous experience needed but good fine motor skills are required due to the nature of the workshop.
