Join the archives team to take a closer look at a collection of large glass plate negatives deposited last year and the research into their incredible story of North-East business prowess and exceptional local ship building.

The talk will be followed by the unique opportunity to see the negatives and related material and hear what conservation work was needed to preserve them for the future.
