Get ready to line the streets for the return of the Magical Middlesbrough Parade with Santa and his elves and reindeers. The theme for this year is mythical creatures with an icy twist!
The festive day out includes a Magical Middlesbrough Christmas Market from 10am to 4pm, featuring artisan food, Christmas drinks and gorgeous gifts.
Getting there
- Middlesbrough town centre is easily accessible via public transport and the event is within walking distance of the bus station and the railway station
- Some Middlesbrough Council car parks are free on Sundays and Captain Cook Square car park is free for 3 hours parking. View a list of car park locations and charges here.
Parade route and viewing points
This year we have a new route for the Magical Middlesbrough Parade. Starting and ending at Middlesbrough Town Hall, there are plenty of town centre locations to spot Santa and wave and cheer.
Recommended viewing locations where there will be lots of space include: Captain Cook Square, Grange Road and Centre Square.
