This gentle, flat out-and-back ride starts at the iconic dinosaurs at Teessaurus Park and takes you along the south side of the river to the Tees Barrage. The team will then stop for a breather before heading back along the north side and over the Newport Bridge to be back at the dinos before teatime.

If you need to borrow a bike, please let Wheel Women know on the booking form.

• Bike and cycle helmet (no helmet, no ride!)
• Drink and snack
• Warm, waterproof jacket
• Gloves

Wearing a cycle helmet is compulsory on Wheel Women bike rides. If you do not have a helmet or a bike, please let them know and they will supply one for you.
